This website is hosted by Alfahosting GmbH, Edmund-von-Lippmann-Straße 13–15, 06112 Halle (Saale), Germany, as our processor. According to the provider, access and error logs include requested page, time, transfer volume, referrer, browser, operating system and IP address. IP addresses are anonymised after 24 hours; logs are deleted within seven days. The legal basis for secure website operation is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Website operation and security
We process IP address, time, requested file, browser/device details and, where applicable, the referring page to deliver the website, diagnose errors and prevent abuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is secure website operation.
Cookies and external content
This homepage uses no analytics or marketing cookies or local browser storage. Images, fonts, CSS and JavaScript are served locally. Maps, videos, WhatsApp and Calendly are not embedded. Your device connects to an external provider only when you open its link. Its own privacy and cookie information then applies.
Contact and email
We process your contact details and messages to answer enquiries, arrange appointments and, where applicable, prepare or perform contracts (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). General enquiries are handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in customer communication (Article 6(1)(f)). Our email mailboxes are hosted by Alfahosting. Providing information is voluntary; without necessary details we may be unable to respond.
Retention and manual deletion
We generally delete simple, resolved enquiries manually 30 days after completion. For appointment-only correspondence, this period starts after the appointment takes place or is cancelled. Ongoing consultations, orders and complaints are retained as long as needed to handle them. Business records subject to legal retention duties and information necessary to establish or defend legal claims are exceptions; they are retained for the required period and purpose (Article 6(1)(c) or (f) GDPR). We do not automatically delete all chats indiscriminately. Providers’ technical residual copies are subject to their deletion and backup procedures; this enquiry period does not promise simultaneous deletion of every technical copy.
Free appointment reservations through Calendly
Booking links open Calendly LLC, USA. Calendly processes connection data and any contact and appointment details you enter. We use these to arrange your requested appointment (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Reserving an appointment is free and does not conclude a paid service or purchase contract through this homepage. Calendly provides a data processing addendum incorporated into its customer terms. Processing in the USA is possible; Calendly describes the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses where applicable. You can also arrange an appointment by phone or email.
WhatsApp, Superchat and BowlBuddy
WhatsApp is an optional external contact channel provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Ireland. We use Superchat (SuperX GmbH, Prenzlauer Allee 242–247, 10405 Berlin, Germany) as a processor for message management and our AI assistant BowlBuddy. Data include telephone number, profile name where available, messages, attachments and communication data. Purposes and legal bases are those described for customer communication above. BowlBuddy helps with initial information and appointment questions; our team provides individual professional advice. Please do not send health data or other particularly sensitive information. The chat does not make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
AI providers and international transfers
Superchat’s contractual documents list, among others, OpenAI Ireland Limited and LangChain Inc. as subprocessors for AI functions. Processing or access outside the EEA, particularly in the USA, is possible within the provider chain. Contractual safeguards include EU standard contractual clauses. Which subprocessors receive data depends on the functions used. You may request information about the transfer safeguards from us. Our retention rule above applies to enquiries through this channel; it is not a blanket 24-hour deletion by WhatsApp or Superchat. Telephone and email are alternative contact options.
Maps, shop and other links
Google Maps and our separate online shop are linked only. Their own privacy information applies when opened. This notice covers the homepage and the contact channels described; it does not replace the online shop’s purchasing information.
Your rights
Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability (Articles 15–20 GDPR). You may object to legitimate-interest processing on grounds relating to your situation, and to direct marketing at any time (Article 21). Consent can be withdrawn for the future. Contact: info@bowlers-inn.de. You may complain to a supervisory authority, particularly where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred (Article 77).
